Are you eating enough fish?

Did you know that more than 90% of the Dutch eat too little fish? The advice is: eat fish, preferably fatty fish, such as mackerel, herring or salmon, at least once a week. Are you consuming enough fish?

Dutch people consume 75-130 mg fish fatty acids per day on average, while the minimum recommended daily intake is 450 mg. For optimal health, the fish fatty acids (omega-3: DHA & EPA) are really required.

If you do not like fish or if you eat too little fish, take Möller’s cod liver oil. This fish liver oil is highly concentrated in DHA & EPA (1.000 mg per portion), necessary for your health. Möller’s cod liver oil originates from the liver of cod fish, which is rich in omega-3. Feel good with Möller’s.
